At Woodkraft Studio, our products come with a warranty period of 24 to 60 months, depending on the specific item.

For Upholstered products, foam is covered under a 2-year warranty if a 4-inch foam compresses significantly — such as reducing to 2 inches—within that time. Any breakage of the internal wooden frame is covered under a 5-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods, impacts, or accidents. Upholstery fabrics are not covered under warranty. For upholstered products, the warranty only applies to the internal frame and any mechanisms, if present.
