EtchON CLM207, is an Export series Fly-Mark type Co2 laser marking machine with 30W Laser source and can be upgraded to 40W and 60W as per the requirement.
Co2 Non-metal laser marking, and engraving machine is a gas laser machine whose frequency band wavelength of infrared light is 1060um and widely used for marking and engraving on Non-metals.
Broadly used to mark letters, figures, graphics or auto-coding, serial nos., batch nos., barcodes, 2D codes, etc.
This model can be integrated with conveyor and can be used with encoder and sensor. This model can be fit in production or assembly line whereas it is equipped with split type controller and laser beam is mounted on column of movable trolley platform.
• Precise scanning system- High speed scanning system has been used in the system to get high speed, high precision, and stable performance. The laser head is sealed so as to prevent the optical chamber from Contamination.
Precision Field Mirror Stable Performance: Good light perception, good beam quality, improve the edge of the light beam incident on the detector’s ability, excellent focalization performance and low loss.
Professional Laser marking software with a user-friendly interface and the controls that allows the connection to multiple laser systems with One Computer or with an option of standalone system that is with inbuilt processor, need to attach screen, keyboard and mouse.
Dust and Oil resistant IP65 Switches and Connectors are used.
