Overview

Introduction :- An emergency eye wash and safety shower station are essential equipment for every Factory, Laboratory, Chemical Plants that uses chemicals and hazardous substances. Emergency eyewash and safety shower stations serve the purpose of reducing workplace injury and keeping workers away from various dangers. The Emergency Eyewash and Safety Shower is made of high visible stainless steel and it has designed as per STANDARD - IS 10592:2018. Meets ANSI Z358.1

Product Description

Technical Specifications:-

a) Material – Stainless Steel

 Pipe – SS

 Fitting – SS

 Flange – SS

 Valve- SS

b) Shower Head – Made of highly visible stainless steel (SS304),

resistant to damage from most acid, alkali and oil

c) Shower Head Size - Shower head is between 83" (210 cm) to

87" (220 cm) above floor

d) Pull Rod - For supply and control of water flow in shower head

Pull Rod Size- Pull rod is within 68'' (173 cm) height above floor

surface

f) Shower Valve- Through passage S.S valve that opens

automatically when the lever is pulled. The valve stays open

until it is manually closed.

g) Eye Wash Head - Two high-flow sprays, operated at low

pressure, which washes the eye and face. Anti-dust cover

protects the head from airborne contaminants and automatically

opens with water pressure.

h) Eye Wash Bowl - Highly visible stainless steel resistant to

damage from most acid, alkali and oil.

i) Supply Water Conditions-
