Rug Care & Maintenance:
Cleaning : Do not wash. We recommend gently vacuuming this rug once or twice weekly with a brush attachment. Do not use an abrasive rotary brush head as this may damage to the rug.
Stain Removal : Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.
Note:
• Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, expect slight variation in the design, size and appearance of each rug.
• New wool rugs may shed for some time. After some time the shedding will stop on its own.
• If any loose end is found simply cut it at the point from where it is spreading out. Don't pull and pluck.
• Actual products may differ slightly in color due to camera effects and depending upon the screen resolution on which the product is viewed by the customer.

1. We conduct quality inspection of each product before dispatching it to the customer.
2. Sizes 10x14 Feet or higher shall be folded and sent instead of being rolled as per air cargo rules and convenience.
