HOW TO WEAR

Bring the cuff & collar around the pateints neck and place the arm in a comfortable position, loop booth ends around the wrist, use the zip tie to tie both ends of the cuff collar and cut the ends.

Should not be too tight and should be abe to remove the hand and wrist from collar and cuff.
