Balaji Udyog BU-8830 Arc Spray Gun – Air Drive is a ready-stock, manufacturer-direct twin-wire electric arc spray gun for anti-corrosion coatings, shaft and roller rebuilding, babbitting, boiler-tube coating and reclamation work. Twin consumable wires are melted by an electric arc, while compressed air atomizes the molten metal and projects it onto the prepared surface. A high-torque air motor drives the wire-feed mechanism. Gun weight is approximately 3.5 kg without hoses and cables.
