TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.0 Installation & Commissioning:
Necessary Drawings will be given in case of own installation.
Installation charges Extra (Air-ticket, staying, and connected expenses to be
paid by your company)
Our specialists will supervise installation & commissioning. This excludes
training of your personnel.
Before the arrival of our service personnel, the machine should have been
shifted and positioned at the location and the electrical connections should be
made. Energizing and testing the machine should be done only in the presence
of our service personnel.
All material handling equipment and labor have to be provided free of cost
from your end.
2.0 Price :
Ex. Works Dindigul, exclusive of Packing, Freight, insurance, sales taxes &
duties applicable at the time of dispatch, will be extra to your account.
3.0 Paymentterms:
70% advance along with Purchase Order and the Next 20% Advance amount30 days from the first advance, balance 10% against time of Dispatch at our factory vide Online/ Cheque / DD in the name of RAMSON MACHINE WORKS.
4.0 Machine Inspection:
Basic functions of the machine with accessories as ordered will be demonstrated at our factory.
5.0 Delivery:
60 Days from the date of receipt of technically / commercially clear purchase order with Payment. Except for all holidays.
6.0 Warranty;
We offer to provide a warranty against manufacturing defects, for 12 months
from the date of dispatch from our works. Free replacements during the warranty period, will have to be mutually agreed upon. For bought-out items, the scope & period of warranty will be to the extent that it is offered to us by our suppliers. Items that are subject to normal
wear and tear even within the warranty period, perishable items, and electrical & electronic items with a finite life are excluded from the scope of free warranty replacement. Repairs or replacement of any item during the warranty period do not automatically extend the warranty of the whole machine or part thereof.
7.0 Cancellation:
If an order with advance payment is canceled by you, we reserve the right to
forfeit the advance and to recover from you all the consequential losses,
including the value of all work completed and in process.
8.0 Validity:
For 90 days from the date of this offer and thereafter subject to revision/confirmation from our end.
