The Automatic Continuous Crate Washing Machine by Nimu Industries, Ahmedabad, delivers conveyor-based cleaning for reusable plastic crates and food-handling containers. Available in SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, this industrial crate washer integrates spray-nozzle pre-washing, main washing and rinsing. Optional features include hot-water cleaning, detergent dosing, high-pressure washing, sanitization, water recirculation, filtration and PLC controls.

Crate dimensions, washing capacity, conveyor speed and cleaning stages can be customized to suit production requirements and plant layouts.
