* Foot-Hold is mounted on an M.S/Stainless steel sheet bracket (14g thick SS sheet).

* Resistance: The System is fitted with two springs on both ends for Ankle exercises.

* Resistance can be increased further by tightening the spring's nut.

* Degree of flexion can be measured and recorded from either side.

* Base: The System is mounted on a laminated wooden base.
