Product Description

Guidelines And Instruction while making a Paver Block:

To get a fine piece of Paver Block from ACQUIRE Moulds, Please follow the below parameters:

Cleaning: (1) Start each day with a clean mould. Remove all cement based residues. (2) Always clean your mould with water and a soft brush after use. (3) Never use sharp objects to clean or scrape off concrete residue from your mould. Your mould is abrasive resistant, not cut resistant, not cut resistant. (4) If you have many built up of cement, you can clean with mild acid (10%) once in 3 months.


Moulding:

Always use plywood support or other brace for making multiple layers of Paver moulds. With brace of Wood the sides and bottom will ensure true shape and minimal stress on the outer sides of the mould.


De-Moulding:

(1) Mould release agents are not required.

(2) If you want to release agent for complicated designs use silicone emulsion. (10% Silicon emulsion in soft water)


Some Dont’s:

(1) Never hit your mould with an object/hammer to De-mould concrete products.

(2) Avoid mould exposure to the sun when not in use, due to which the shape of mould doesn’t get deformed.

(3) Never use sharp objects to clean your mould.
