Our Rope Making Machine is designed for high-speed, precision-controlled rope production for industrial applications. Capable of handling 3-ply or 4-ply configurations, it accommodates rope diameters from 2 mm to 6 mm, making it suitable for various end-use applications such as packaging, agriculture, and marine industries.

High-Speed Performance
With a strand flyer RPM of up to 1800 and a rope flyer RPM of up to 1000, this machine delivers efficient twisting and laying for consistent rope quality. The adjustable twist range of 25 to 90 TPM and dual S & Z lay settings allow customization based on rope type and strength requirements.

Safety and Automation
Equipped with a door sensor and automatic stop mechanism for yarn breakage, the machine ensures safe, uninterrupted operation. The built-in digital counter tracks the rope length, supporting production accuracy and minimizing waste.

Flexible Operation & Build Options
The machine features a robust design with power transmission via timing belt and a final product collected on an M.S. bobbin with 12 kg capacity. Available in models SSMT-3, SSMT-6, SSMF-4, and SSMF-8, it supports configurations with 3 or 4 strands and various package inputs.

Optional Enhancements
Optional features such as an AC frequency drive and direct coiling system can be added to enhance productivity and streamline coiling. Its modular design makes it adaptable to evolving production needs.
