Edible Usage:

We do not recommend deep frying and cooking with flaxseed oil as it will become rancid, and lose many of its nutritional properties.

Research suggests that flax seed oil has potential health benefits related to cardiovascular disease, cancer, prostate problems, inflammation, digestive issues and osteoporosis. Furthermore, test-tube studies have produced similar findings, with several studies showing that flaxseed oil reduced the growth of breast cancer cells. Excess intake may cause nausea, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps, reduce quantity intake.
Worthy Advice: Go ahead, and replace those commercial low nutrient oils with the healthy ones right away!
