Material: Titanium Grade 1 / Grade 2
Pure commercial-grade titanium provides outstanding resistance to sulphuric acid, chromic acid, and mixed acid electrolytes — the backbone of most anodising baths. Unlike aluminium or steel alternatives, titanium racks do not contaminate the electrolyte and maintain structural integrity even under prolonged immersion and high current density.
Customised to Your Line
Racks are engineered to match your tank dimensions, component geometry, and production throughput. Frame profiles, hook spacing, bar lengths, and contact point design are all configurable — from small-part racking to large structural component jigs.
Superior Electrical Contact Design

Strippable or Permanent Masking Options

Titanium's inherent resistance to oxidation and anodic film build-up means minimal re-working between production runs. Racks can be chemically stripped and reused hundreds of cycles without significant degradation.
