About Us

Our technical textiles division currently has a production capacity of 50,000 m² per month, with ongoing expansion. We presently operate Six Dornier rigid rapier weaving machines (170 cm width), enabling us to manufacture a wide range of high-performance woven fabrics.

1. Carbon Fiber Products

  • Woven fabrics:
    • Uni-directional: 200–900 GSM
    • Bi-directional: 160–600 GSM
    • Weaves: Plain, 2/2 Twill, 4H/5H/8H Satin, Grid/Mesh
  • Composite solutions:
    • Upcoming 25-ton pultrusion facility for rods, tubes, and UAV/drone components

2. Aramid Fiber Products

  • Para-aramid fabrics: 50–600 GSM for ballistic and bulletproof applications
  • Silicone-coated and neoprene-coated aramid fabrics for defence, railway, and armoured vehicle applications
  • Spun yarns for personal protection wear industry (FR & IFR categories)

3. Coating & Lamination (Value Addition)
Through collaborations with specialized partners, we offer:

  • Aluminized para-aramid
  • Water-repellent aramid
  • PU-coated and laminated aramid fabrics
  • Partnerships with composite and prepreg manufacturers

4. Narrow Fabrics (Tape Weaving)

  • Equipped with Jakob Müller needle looms
  • Tape width range: 15 mm to 150 mm
