This 100 TPD Ferro Alloy Metal Jigging Plant has been comprehensively designed, engineered, and manufactured by M/s Rajpura Engineering Solutions, Rourkela, for M/s Lala Pipes Pvt. Ltd., Raipur.

The plant, illustrated in the accompanying photograph, comprises a heavy-duty fabricated steel structure finished in industrial protective coating. Principal features include a large inclined feed chute for controlled material introduction, a robust elevated jigging chamber mounted on a multi-leg structural frame, and integrated mechanical drive systems incorporating pulleys, motors, and chain mechanisms to generate the precise pulsation required for density-based separation.

Engineered specifically for the concentration and recovery of ferro alloy metals, the unit is designed to process 100 tonnes per day with high operational reliability, structural integrity, and suitability for continuous industrial duty in mineral processing applications.
