PRODUCT SPECIFICATION :
Designed for versatility and accuracy, these Vee Blocks are ideal for holding round or irregular shapes for scribing, grinding, measuring, machining and testing applications.
All vee’s and faces can be energized or de-energised simultaneously by turning the rotary action control knob.
Hence enabling it to hold itself and the work against any flat Ferrous surface.
Magnetic Vee Block is an indispensable item of equipment for tool rooms and production departments. Having 3 contact faces, all magnetized at the same time, it will hold itself and will work on any flat ferrous surface. The use of coolants will not effect this Vee Block as it is fully sealed.
Vee Blocks are required for quality control, tool room and standard room. These are used for grinding and drilling work and even for light milling work. It can be used on machines fitted with Magnetic Chucks, in such cases there is no need to switch ‘ON’ the chuck. It is sometimes advantageous to use two magnetic Vee Blocks at a time.
