FLY ASH BRICK PALLETS (WOODEN):-

The market standard for our product is at least 5 years. Engineering and treating wood to last that long under temperature variation and repeated contact with moisture and sunlight (even PVC pallets tend to warp under sunlight beyond 40° Celsius) is easier said than done. Impact resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance to cement are few of various technical parameters we took into account while designing this product.

HOW?
1.    Adhesives used are engineered and manufactured in house under constant supervision
2.    Premium synthetic face veneer locks the surface of the pallet sealing it from moisture penetration. 

3.    Hi-tech resin system makes the pallet water boiling proof for more than 72 hours. 

4.    Double wire mesh re-enforcement enables vibration transmission.
