GLASS LAB REACTOR
A Glass Laboratory Reactor is a versatile laboratory-scale process vessel designed for chemical reactions, mixing, heating, cooling, distillation, crystallisation, solvent recovery and other R&D applications.
It is generally manufactured using high-quality borosilicate glass 3.3, offering excellent chemical resistance, thermal shock resistance and visibility of the reaction process.
The reactor can be supplied in different capacities from 500 ML to 20 LTR, with single-wall or double-jacketed construction, depending on the process requirements.

VACCUM ROTATORY EVAPORATOR
Vacuum Rotary Evaporator (Rotavapor) is a specialised laboratory and industrial evaporation system used for solvent recovery, concentration, purification and separation of liquids under reduced pressure.
The system works by rotating a glass evaporation flask inside a controlled heating bath while applying vacuum. Rotation creates a thin liquid film over the inner surface of the flask, increasing evaporation efficiency. The solvent vapours travel through a condenser, where they are cooled and collected in a receiving flask.
MAHABAL EXIM can offer rotary evaporators in capacities ranging from 500 ML to 100 LTR, with Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel 304 (SS304) supporting structures and equipment configurations.
