Molykote G N Plus Anti Seize Paste

Solid lubricant paste for the assembly and running-in of metal components.

Applications :

Press fit production of all types of machine elements, as a running in lubricant for new machines and gear boxes.

Permanent lubrication of machine elements that are moved only rarely or slightly and also for drilling, sawing and thread cutting. Used successfully for lubricating threaded spindles, splined shafts, toothed gears, worm and transmission gears, screws, valves, pumps, machine-tool guides and also for the tightening and fitting of roller bearings, washers, wheels, flanges and bolts.

MOLYKOTE 1000 Solid lubricant paste Applications:

Molykote 1000 is Suitable for bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 650 Degrees Centigrade and to corrosive effects, and which, after assembling and the initial operation, have to be re-tightened or disconnected. In order to ensure constant pre-stressing forces, uniform and steady coefficients of friction of the lubricant are necessary.

Molykote 1000 is used successfully for cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws of plastic injection moulding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry, and also for the tension rings of centrifuges.

MOLYKOTE HSC Plus Paste are greaselike materials containing a high concentration of solid lubricants dispersed in oil for convenient application.For metal/metal combinations that are subjected to high temperatures andfrictional contacts which, typically for bolted joints, are free from lead or nickel."Suitable for lubrication points with low speeds, subjected to high temperaturesand corrosive effects, and also require a low and constant coefficient of friction.As a contact lubricant for electrically conducting components."Used successfully for stud bolts of gas and steam turbines, stud bolts ofturbochargers of diesel engines, flanged connections in chemical andpetrochemical plants.

Solid lubricant paste with silicone carrier oil APPLICATIONS

MOLYKOTE M77 Solid Lubricant Paste with Silicone Carrier Oil.

Consists of polyphenyl methylpolyphenyl methyl siloxane (silicone base) oil, lithium stearate, and molybdenum disulphide (MoS2, "moly"), plus a few percent of a secret "vendor proprietary ingredient".

Contains molybdenum disulphide ("Moly") for excellent metal/metal contact lubrication.

Silicone based so it is safe for most plastics and rubbers. Most other Moly lubes are mineral/petroleum oil based and can affect polymers.

Protects against fretting corrosion.

Molykote BR 2 Plus Grease is a high-performance grease with solid lubricants for metal/metal combinations involving slow to fast movements, particularly with medium to high loads

Application :

How to Use :

Sliding surfaces should be cleaned. The paste should then be applied with a suitable brush, rag or grease gun. It should not be mixed with greases or oils.

Dow MOLYKOT D 321 R Anti-friction Coating Gray-Black is an air-curing, solid, dry lubricant that is used for metal to metal applications that have high loads and slow to medium fast movements. It can also be used to improve the running-in process, permanently lubricating stressed sliding guides, or on high voltage switches. It provides resistance against ageing and stick-slips. 312 g Aerosol.Suitable for the permanent lubrication of highly stressed sliding guides with low sliding speeds, oscillating movements or intermittent operation. Used successfully for cylinder-head bolts, toaster guides, car mirror adjustment mechanisms, high voltage switches, for the running-in of highly stressed gear wheels.

Molykote G-4500 Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease

Primary Use – Long-term lubrication for moderate loads at higher speeds, especially for incidental food-contact applications or where a white or H-1 grease is preferred.

Special Characteristics – Acceptable under FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 for use in applications with possible incidental food contact and other applications operating under moderate to high loads and speeds. Formulated to provide higher load carrying capacity, greater wear resistance and longer service life compared with conventional petroleum based lubricants.

Physical Form – Synthetic NLGI 2 grease, consisting of a unique formulation that includes polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil, aluminum complex thickener and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as well as other solid lubricants.

LOCTITE 586 is a high-strength sealant for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings as well as other cylindrical metal assemblies. The product cures slowly and provide a high-pressure seal for metal pipes and fittings. It exhibits excellent characteristics on brass and is also suitable for copper. It will not creep, shrink or block systems by shredding.

LOCTITE 554 is a red, methacrylate ester acrylic thread sealant liquid which provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipes up to 2 in (50 mm) in diameter. The sealant is used in place of specialty non-hardening compounds, litharge, glycerin and sealing tape. It is suited to temperatures up to +300.2 °F (+149 °C).
