We are into precision components manufacturing like glands, valves, holders, pins, couplings or as per the customer needs. We have a team of skilled engineers and with 15+ CNC machines, we achieve quick turnaround time for our client's needs.

Coupled with casting and other forging capabilities we can deliver very complex products at an economical cost keeping quality a topmost parameter.

We are also expanding our business and proposals are on for more internet-based integrated manufacturing setups with automation and robotics.

O RING

We are manufacturers of Rubber O Rings which can be of any custom size and with custom cross-section. We recommend material based on the usage and industry that it is to be used for. 

For any orders above 1000$, we can provide free NABL Test reports custom to your needs.  We have experience in using the following materials: -

• Nitrile/Buna N/NBR
• Neoprene
• EPDM
• Silicon
• FKM
• VITON

Shore A hardness will be in the range of 30-90 as per the need. 

Gaskets

Rubber Gaskets can be custom-made as per your required sizes and required material. We have molding machines capable of producing sizes of 400 mm Diameter and 1500 mm Long sheets. 

For Quality Purposes, we provide NABL Test certificates for all your shipments above 1000$ value at no additional cost. We follow the below-mentioned standards: -

• For Neoprene Rubber - BS 2752
• For Nitrile Rubber/Acrylonitrile-butadiene - BS 2751
• For Other products like EPDM, FKM, VITON, Silicone or Natural we can provide material as per the customer's required standard

We have 14 Pressure Die Casting Machines ranging from 120 Tonne to 720 Tonne

We have our furnaces equipped with top of the line Nitrogen Degassing equipment

We have 5 tilting Gravity Die Casting Machines, for better quality castings and high productivity

We are into Sand Casting of Cast Iron, SG iron, Aluminium, and Red brass. We have two furnaces dedicated to Sand Casting each of 1.5 Tonne

We have upgraded our existing production line to the environment-friendly Co2 molding line

We are into different types of casting and one among them is investment casting or also known as lost wax. 

We have temperature-regulated rooms where we store our Ceramic molded parts for a specified amount of time

The material we handle in Investment Casting are Stainless Steel, Steel, Brass, Aluminium, Red Brass and all types of alloys

• We have 4 Screw Presses of 150; 350(2); and 500 Tonne each
• We have 4 Induction machines of 45-tonne capacity
• We have in-house shot-blasting unit, for Forgings/Castings that require shot blasting
• The material we handle in Forgings – Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel
