Flashband is a self-adhesive sealing strip which bonds instantly to provide a permanent watertight seal.

Flashband is easily applied using hand pressure only, with no requirement for special equipment for cutting, forming or fixing. Flashband bonds to most building materials including brick, masonry, slates, concrete roof tiles, wood, metal, concrete, terracotta tiles, roofing felt, glass, rigid plastics and more.

Porous surfaces need to be primed with a Flashband primer. Applications include repairing lead flashing, sealing valley gutters, mending leaks in drain pipes and guttering, and repairing roofing felt joints on flat roofs.

Anti-Crak® HD (High Dispersion) is an engineered AR-glass chopped strand designed for mixing in
concrete and all hydraulic mortars.

PP PE waterproofing membrane is a composite sheet membrane made of soft polyethylene(PE) with nonwoven polypropylene(PP) fabric laminated on both sides to enable the membrane fixed firmly onto mortar.
PP PE waterproofing membrane is flexible and conforms to various contours of the wood framing, bending upward at the walls and folding into corners. It can be applied directly with thin-set mortar, ceramic and stone tile, provides waterproofing and crack isolation/joint bridging for thin-set installations of ceramic and stone tile. It has been an ideal membrane to protect the substrate from moisture penetration.

PP+PE+PP composite waterproof membrane is made by multiple-ply different materials, especially its aging and weathering resistance layer enables the membrane possess more longer effective age. It can bond with many kinds of adhesions, firm and secure. In case of cement-base, cementations agent can be used, the cementations agent can easily enter into the non-woven felt layer, forms a well-combination with cement after solidification, permanent durability.

Anti-Crak® HP (High Performance) 58/12 is a glass fiber made from
AR (Alkali Resistant) glass filaments and engineered to reinforce concrete and mortar against cracking.
Anti-Crak® HP 58/12 has an excellent bond with hydraulic matrices and increases its tensile strength before cracking.
Anti-Crak® HP 58/12 is suitable for all types of concrete formulations and mixing methods due to its specific size, which allows for excellent dispersion of fibers, easy processing, and a very high quality finish.

Anti-Crak® HP 58/12 was developed to improve resistance against cracking in concrete and mortar. It is mainly used to reinforce screeds, and in residential, commercial, and industrial floor slabs

It is a single component elastomeric polyurethane sealant for expansion joints. lt cures into a flexible, durable and weather resistant elastomeric sealant that has very good adhesion to most construction materials. It is highly durable, excellent adhesion which requires no priming on most substrates. It bears very good ageing, weatherproofing and waterproofing properties.

X-Seal PU25 is a fast-curing one-component moisturecuring polyurethane adhesive sealant that turns into a
flexible, durable and resistant elastomeric seam and has
a very good adhesion to most industrial materials,
without primer such as glass, anodized aluminum,
lacquered metal, wood, FRP, and concrete.

Bostik Seal "N" Flex® 1 is a low modulus, one component, Class-A polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough and flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 100% (+ 50%) of the original installed joint width.

Sikament®-4101 NS Imparts high workability and gives workability retention.

SikaPlast® 5203 NS is the latest development of superplasticizer for concrete. It meets the requirements for high range water reducing superplasticizers.

A liquid mid-range water-reducing cum water proofing concrete admixture with a powerful plasticizing effect. Also, a substantial water reduction can be achieved to promote high ultimate strengths at the high dosage range.

SikaPlast® 5203 NS is the latest development of superplasticizer for concrete. It meets the requirements for high range water reducing superplasticizers.

SikaGrout®-214 IN S is a cement based 1-component, ready to mix, non-shrink, ready to use, pourable and flowable, expanding engineering grout in dry powder form. It is widely used for precision grouting in engineering objects subjected to static and dynamic loads.

CICO NO.3 is high versatile free flowing colorless concrete additives in liquid
form. It is used as quick setting cum rapid hardening admixture for concrete
and plaster. This is also used as Antifreeze/deicing compound for plain
concrete in sub zero climatic conditions.

Conbextra GP2 is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The
addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free
flowing, non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100mm.
Conbextra GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers
and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in
the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low
water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fillers
are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent
grout.

LOKFIX is a two-component polyester resin anchoring grout, meeting the requirements of BS EN 1504-6: Anchoring of reinforced steel bars.

Kerapoxy is a two-component, very low emission of volatile organic compounds, epoxy-resin-based product with silica sand and special components, with excellent resistance to acids and excellent cleanability. The following features are obtained when used correctly:

• Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, therefore excellent durability.
• A smooth final surface with low water absorption, therefore easy to clean; ensures hygiene.
• Easy workability and finishing.
• Becomes very hard and is highly resistant to heavy traffic.
• No shrinkage, therefore absence of cracks and fissures.
• Uniform colours that are resistant to ultra-violet rays and atmospheric agents.
• Excellent bonding.

Sikadur-Combiflex® SG-10 P is a flexible waterproofing
tape based on modified flexible Polyolefin (FPO) with
advanced adhesion properties. Thickness 1,0 mm.
The product is part of the Sikadur Combiflex® SG System.

Polyethylene foam joint rod typically used in the for filling expansion joints prior to sealing. Poly backer rod can be used in many substrates, such as concrete, brick or block work and metals. The foam backing rod helps to prevent a joint from failing and significantly reduces the amount of sealant being used. Our backer rod does not rot and is chemically neutral.

Non absorbent compressible white closed cell polyethylene foam backup material.

Soudafoam 1K is a one-component, selfexpanding, ready to use polyurethane foam with CFC-free propellants, which are completely harmless to the ozone layer.

BOSS® 333 is a ready-to-use, multi-purpose, polyurethane foam that expands to three times its original volume on contact with air. The expanding action fills holes, cracks and gaps more completely than standard caulks. BOSS® 333 has excellent insulating properties and superb adhesion to virtually all building materials

SikaRep® Microcrete-4 is factory designed pourable,
non shrink, repair concrete with selected cement, aggregate and other chemicals. Recommended water
and coarse aggregate to be added at site as per requirement.
