Ayana's Siling Kinamayo

AYANA’S has been established as a chili processor on August 08, 2013. This became as source of livelihood in the aftermath of Super Typhoon PABLO, which hit Baganga on December 04, 2012. With overabundance of the chili, the owner (MARICEL D. FERRANDO) created a HOT sauce which we used for dipping in our makeshift carenderia. The sauce was discovered when Maricel attended a livelihood seminar in our crisis center. The Department of Trade and Industry Davao Oriental sent us to various trainings and seminars all aimed in improving the quality of our hot sauce. Later, they sent us in various trade fairs and exhibits which were ended in fruitful results.
