Gulkand ‘cools’ us with nostalgia: how summer vacations were turned busier with plucking gulaabs, drying them, and handing them over to be mixed with ‘khand’. But now refined sugar has stolen the ‘red spotlight’, so honey is our sweetener of choice. Made from fragrant Rosa damascena petals and raw Rosewood Honey, this luxurious preserve offers health benefits like improved digestion, stress relief, and more. No added sugar, just nature's best.
The feeling of sweet oil coating fingers, when you press a chunky walnut, is relatable to a gourmand. But will the oil ooze, no, flow out of our walnuts, or is it a lie. No, no, no, it’s not a lie cause we are ready to put our money on it. we lab tested the walnuts, and it has 78% oil content beating the usual 65%.

The floral scent wafting through the kitchen, the golden tint, and higher than usual curcumin content (ours is 4.2) of the serene Salem’s turmeric is nothing but love. And if you adore the scent, then it is gonna stay as is (in the packet) cause we cold-grind it (using air-cooled mechanism). Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory (cur cumin’s role), are all the terms we need to hear to know its benefits.
The ‘jiggly’ obsession with chia seeds has reasons for its adoration! These gelatinous seeds are laden with nutrients: it may sound like a marketing scheme, but it’s true (We know you are a detective; that’s why we have lab tests as the proof)
The natural pungency of our nostalgia-filled amber (sometimes dark brown) liquid makes us teary-eyed literally. Its synonymity with Indian cooking (the distinct taste): the high smoke point; reduces inflammation, is full of omega-3 fatty acids; high in monounsaturated fatty acids (helps in improving heart health). We source mustard from the region of Rajasthan for better aroma and quality. Our product is organic and tested for its purity
We seriously can’t live without salt: it’s indispensable. But eating bucketloads of any kind of salt isn’t great, and Himalayan pink salt wouldn’t classify as the ‘healthy salt’ in this criteria. It is just a better salt cause it’s unprocessed(in a good way) and without anti-caking agents that refined salts heavily rely on.
Ragi—a super cereal but not super popular: the once indispensable millet is now offbeat. The poor man’s hand-shaped millet has a handful of benefits (got the pun?). But like many other things, the 60-second reels and the word of nutritionists are popularising it for a reason.
