While large corporate and senior executives have started realizing the beneficial effects of professional coaching, the SME and start-up space is still unaware of the potential of coaching for high performance. Coaching on the other hand aims to unleash the unlimited potential that every human being possesses. It is a process of partnering in a way that the client discover their own strengths and come up with unique solutions to their unique problems. It provides the client not only with a self-discovered solution to an immediate issue, but also works on equipping the client to look ahead. To aspire higher, to act more efficiently and to build capability to accept failures and success more responsibly. Coaching therefore works on the person (instead on the problem) so that the person becomes capable of solving the problems. It is like teaching to fish instead of giving a fish.
