Interface Converters are used for convert RS232 devices to RS485 and vica versa. SC04U is a Bi directional RS232 to RS485 Converter. These converters are used for running RS232 signals to long distance (1.2km). This converter can also facilitate multiple field devices to be multidropped on the RS485 and allow their connectivity to a RS232 device.
