Description

Motor System:  Four Rotomotive Motor arrangement guarantee high precise operation.

Roller System:  All the rollers are made in SS-304 grade with 5-year guarantee.

 Drive System:   The drive system is of Delta Company ensuring accurate movement.

Gluing System: Bottom gluing system is there with linear bearing screw arrangement for smooth up & down movement of the gluing tray.

Turning System: A German sensor embedded turning system with brush roller arrangement is there for finish turning of the product.

Pressing System: Adjustable pair of roller is there for applying proper pressing of the board after pasting.

PLC-HMI System: The PLC-HMI arrangement is of OMRON JAPAN. This system facilitates the machine to behave accurately as per the customer’s need.

Suction System:  The registration station of the glued paper is provided with suction arrangement with sieve like plate so as to ensure wrinkle free pasting of glued paper.

Gauge System: Proper automatic pneumatic gauge is provided for accurate registration of the board.

BRIEF DISCRIPTION:

• Provided with screen touch and store back history with date and time.
• It has multiple gluing tank with different glue with ease of adjusting gluing layer.
• Tower lamp for monitoring machine condition and temperature controller with auto cut-off is also provided.
• New designed copper scraper cooperates with the glue roller more compactly, effectively avoiding paper winding. And it is much more durable.
• Registration table is equipped with a powerful vacuum pump to keep the paper without any movement.
• The whole machine adopts PLC control, featuring in simple operation. The troubles are displayed directly on the screen, which helps the operator easily remove them.
