Fear - Fight it or feed it

The universal trigger for fear is the threat of harm, real or imagined. This threat can be for our physical, emotional or psychological well-being. While there are certain things that trigger fear in most of us, we can learn to overcome fear. Every emotion is powerful. Fear may stand out from the rest because it's the only one that holds us back, while the others impel us forward. Human brains are powerful and whatever we focus on - GROWS! Let us look at how we can rewire our minds to overcome fear.
